Succession planning - Wills and superannuation succession issues

Matthew has experience drafting Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney (both medical and financial) and the appointment of enduring guardians. He reviews superannuation deeds and assists clients in planning for succession within their self managed superannuation fund. He has experience in litigation challenging Wills and involving alleged breaches of executor's duties.

Matthew reviews residential aged care facility agreements and has handled disputes under those agreements.
